Planned and coordinated a multi-country portfolio of climate and development programs across Nepal, Mongolia, and Uganda, coordinating schedules, budgets, and deliverables against donor requirements.

  • Coordinated and designed climate mitigation & adaptation programs (reforestation in flood- and landslide-prone regions) — around USD 1M combined across Nepal and Mongolia, together targeting over 26,000 beneficiaries — diagnosing climate vulnerability through national statistics, international agency reports, local-government interviews, and drone survey data.
  • Produced data analyses and reports for internal teams and donors to inform planning decisions and track project performance.

KOICA Project Advisor — Uganda Field Office (in-country deployment) · Nov. 2022 – Sep. 2023

  • Deployed as the sole Korean staff member on a USD 1.5M KOICA-funded maternal & newborn health project that reached over 82,000 direct beneficiaries, working in English with local staff and stakeholders to assess project progress and identify implementation issues.
  • Conducted routine monitoring (MEL) with local government officials and beneficiaries to verify progress, surface issues, and drive corrective actions.
  • Operated independently in a cross-cultural, remote environment, building stakeholder trust and adapting plans to on-the-ground conditions.
